How we came up with the food safety lesson plan

We have done something out of our comfort zones and it turned out pretty great and we rocked it.
It was hard but fun as well as a difficult task. If you are asking why it was hard we had to do it in 1 day.
We had to teach food safety, such as not spreading cross contamination, how to wash your hands, how to treat a cut or a burn, how to heat food safely, how to tell your boss that you are ill, and how to work when ill.
