Food Safety Certification Test

What is a food safety certification? It is a test to prove that you are certified to work with food. We decided to take the food safety certification to be able to provide our Taste Buds customers with good tasting food, with the reassurance that it was prepared following food safety guidelines. The certification taught us about the danger zone for food, proper meat temperatures, hand washing guidelines, and many other skills.

My favorite part was learning about food safety and it will help me towards my goal of working with food in the future! Taking the training was AWESOME and fascinating!!!

It was hard work, and extremely difficult taking the test. Through the hard work and difficulties, we earned our certificate and we are now certified in food safety!
